Political Persecution & Conviction
Born in Barysau, Anatol worked in software engineering and composed original acoustic songs and poetry. On October 28, 2020, he was arrested for taking part in the peaceful "March of Justice" protest in Minsk.
On December 24, 2020, the Sovetsky District Court of Minsk sentenced him under Article 363, Part 2 of the Criminal Code to 2 years and 6 months in a general security prison colony on fabricated claims of resisting riot police.
